As a film festival, no work or artist is discriminated against or favoured on the basis of country of origin, language, age, race,education, ideology or economic resources.

The festival cannot put any kind of barriers to every kind of content, every kind of form, every kind of technology.

ITSFF aims to bring movies of different countries, genres, genres, and styles to a wide audience.
